I'm Having Trouble Loading The Videos, What Should I Do?

If you are having trouble loading the training videos, here are several ways to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. If you are unable to play or hear the audio from the training video(s), we recommend checking to see if you have the most up-to-date Adobe Flash player installed on your desktop/laptop. If you do not have the latest Adobe Flash Player, you can download it through here. 
  2. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Our member's area is hosted on a server so Internet connection is required to access the training videos. 
  3. Restart your desktop/laptop and try again. 
  4. Try refreshing the web browser, then wait for the videos to load before playing the videos Or switch to a different web browser. We find that Google Chrome and Firefox will work the best.
